Our pastor, Jeff Scott, his wife, Dawn, and their five children came to Roseburg from Chicago in 2013 to pastor Covenant Grace Church. Jeff grew up in Northern Idaho before moving to Chicago to attend Moody Bible Institute, where he completed a degree in Biblical Languages and, more importantly, met his wonderful wife. Jeff studied further at and graduated from Mid-America Reformed Seminary in Dyer, IN.
